ROLE: Freelance Advisor

IDC Group, leader in the safe haven asset sector and wealth preservation through certified diamonds, is looking for highly motivated and result-oriented Financial Advisors to join its rapidly expanding team.

Position and Work Modality

This is a Full-Time position on a freelance basis, based on autonomy and flexibility.
Important: The consultancy role is structured to be performed entirely remotely 100% remote working. Physical presence at the company headquarters is neither required nor expected. The Advisor will manage their own calendar and client interactions in full autonomy.

Role and Responsibilities

The Advisor will be responsible for developing and consolidating the client portfolio, focusing on offering diamond investment solutions marketed by the IDC group. The primary objective is wealth preservation and generational transfer planning for demanding clientele.

• Proactive research and acquisition of new clients, building long-term trust relationships.
• Conducting in-depth analyses of the client's financial needs to structure personalized strategies.
• Actively prospecting and selling diamond investment solutions, clearly articulating the benefits related to diversification.
• Regularly reviewing client portfolios to discuss performance and recommend adjustments.
• Ensuring that all activities comply with current regulatory and corporate standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven Experience: Documented success in sales or business development in the financial services sector.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of investments, asset management, and financial planning.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent field experience.
• Autonomy: Strong result orientation and problem-solving skills in a remote context.
